How to choose the products you should use:
- All business will require the PNM Cashbook
- Most businesses will require only the PNM Cashbook. These businesses can be identified as cash transaction type businesses such as small retailers, contractors (trades, transport), service providers, etc. These businesses raise few or no invoices for the provision of goods or services and debtors / receivables (if any) are easily controlled within a non electronic system or in the case of some businesses (eg doctors) separate invoicing is controlled using industry specific management software; likewise non electronic creditor / payables control is to management’s satisfaction.
- Businesses wanting electronic debtor / receivables and/or creditor / payables control will require the PNM Regular Trader as well as the PNM Cashbook.
- For businesses wanting debtor / receivables, creditor / payables and stock control but without picking, packing and despatch controls, the PNM Advanced Trader will be required as well as the PNM Cashbook.
- For businesses wanting debtor / receivables, creditor / payables and stock control including picking, packing and despatch controls, the PNM Complete Trader will be required as well as the PNM Cashbook.
To make your purchase:
