PNM Customer Set Up Process
The reason PNM Business Cashbook works so well is that we work with you to create a software package that you understand because it is exclusive to you. Once you have made your purchase, we need you to tell us about your business using the terminology you would normally use to refer to your business activities.
Step 1: Complete your business specification form.
After your purchase has been recorded you will receive an email notification containing a link to the business specification form. As you fill out the form it is important that you use your own expressions to describe your business activities, as these descriptions will form the basis of your listing of receipts and payments.
Step 2: Fine tune your software with PNM Support
After you have submitted your completed business specification form and your purchase has been authenticated, you will be contacted by a PNM Support member for your assistance to clarify any issues arising out of the information supplied in the specification form.
Step 3: Download and install your software
When ready, the software will be available to you for downloading via the PNM Members Only page on the PNM Business Systems website. PNM Business Systems will email you notification advices of any downloads you are required to action.

During the 30-day guarantee period the data you email will come to PNM Support. This is so we can monitor your progress and proficiency with the system. When the guarantee period has elapsed, and in consultation with you, we will set up your accountant to receive your financial data.
If you need to change any of the details of your business during the subscription period, PNM Business Systems provides maintenance support to adapt your program.

When a new version of the software is released, you will be notified and the new version will be available via PNM Members Only page on the PNM Business Systems website.
